Baby Olive - Week 24

Well, this is my first time to blog - EVER! So, here are a few things about Little Man that are going on right now. We haven't "seen" him since week 20 when we got a confirmation that Baby Olive was definitely a boy! Needless to say, Anthony was VERY excited! We put up our crib and that's about as far as the nursery has progressed. We've registered at a few places, but I still can't decide if the things I registered for are the right things, if they're safe, etc. SOOO much to think about! My little boy is definitely a mover and a shaker. It seems like he is moving a lot more now (although I think he's just growing so I'm feeling it a lot more) :) It's the weirdest feeling when he is doing flips in my belly, but it is also an amazing feeling to know that the love that Anthony and I have for each other has created another life - God is so wonderful!

Needless to say, we are beyond blessed! We are all (Ellen, Anthony, parents, brothers and sisters) extremely excited to meet Mr. Cole in a few short months on May 17! Anthony and I are praying constantly for him that he is healthy but more than anything we pray that he loves Jesus. I pray that we'll be parents that raise him to love Jesus like we both do and that he will one day be a Godly man who seeks the heart of Christ and who loves Him above all else. In all the "worrying" about being a good parent and having a healthy child, my main concern is for his eternity. WHAT A RESPONSIBILITY! However, I am learning to "give all my worries and cares to God, for he cares about me" so I'm giving it all to God.
